WHY WE NEED TO BE HEALTHY

Do we need a reason why? For some it is so obvious that having a healthy life leads to a happier life. Meaningful and productive life matters to all, but we are not wired the same. Our lifestyle, our routines, habits and surroundings influence us.

It is obvious that living healthily helps you to live longer. One study found that by quitting alcohol, not smoking and exercise regularly also with healthy eating can extend your life by up to 14 years. A healthy life do means you take care of yourself well and you feel better. Living healthy will make you feel more confident than ever before. Exercise helps release hormones to your brain that enhance your mood and provide you with a sense of euphoria.

In the world that we live in, there’s no doubt of stress. A healthy life have been proven in clinical studies to lower the level of stress and anxiety. You don’t have to go to gym, walking around the park would be just fine.
